The Moscow-based telecommunications giant Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) disclosed that it had reserved approximately $831 million for a potential resolution of the DOJ and SEC’s ongoing investigation into the company’s operations in Uzbekistan. MTS reports that it is continuing to cooperate with the US authorities.
