The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Department of the Treasury announced a settlement with Cobham Holdings, Inc. The company voluntarily disclosed three potential violations of the Ukraine Related Sanctions Regulations by its former subsidiary Aeroflex/Metelics. The violations involved the indirect export of air traffic control radar components to a person on or owned by a person on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. The company agreed to pay $87,507 to settle its potential civil liability in the matter.
