A10 Networks, Inc. a California cybersecurity company, reported in its quarterly SEC filing that the SEC is conducting an investigation into possible violations of the FCPA books and records provision, as well as allegations of securities fraud. The company stated it is cooperating with the SEC’s investigation, but did not provide further details as to the conduct being investigated.
