The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury has published Nicaragua Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR part 582 implementing Executive Order 13851, which blocks property of certain persons contributing to the situation in Nicaragua. The new regulations take effect on September 4, 2019.
