A new Executive Order issued pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (NEA), the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 (UNPA), the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (INA), and UN Security Council resolutions, blocks assets of US persons dealing with North Korea, and prohibits donations to blocked persons and entities.
