OFAC announced that a global financial services firm has agreed to pay $5,263,171 to settle civil liability for violations of the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR), the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations (ITSR), and the Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators Sanctions Regulations (WMDPSR).
