Cognizant nears settlement with authorities regarding FCPA violations

In its report for Q3 2018, Cognizant Technologies Solutions Corp. notified investors of the near conclusion of the FCPA investigation initiated by the DOJ and SEC following voluntary notification by the company in 2016 concerning improper payments in India.
