CHS Inc. reported today in its Form 10-K that the company has voluntarily disclosed potential FCPA violations to the DOJ and SEC related to payments to customs agents in Mexico during 2014 and 2015. The company reported that it is cooperating with the enforcement agencies in their investigation.
