OFAC answers questions about Venezuela sanctions

Following the designation of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PdVSA), eleven new Frequently Asked Questions have been issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury, two new FAQs have been issued, and  General License 3B and General License 9A have been amended.
