In its just filed Form 10-K, Lennox International Inc. has announced that the DOJ has declined prosecution of possible FCPA violations by the company in Russia, Poland, and Ukraine, but that a parallel SEC investigation is continuing. According to the filing, the DOJ and SEC investigations commenced after Lennox self-reported potential FCPA violations in October 2016 after discovering an alleged improper payment to a Russian customs official.
