Usana Health Services, Inc., a Utah-based multi-level marketing ocmpany focusing on health products, disclosed in its periodic filings that it is voluntarily conducting an investigation focusing on compliance with the FCPA at its China subsidiary, BabyCare Ltd, including BabyCare’s expense reimbursement policies. Usana reported that it is continuing to cooperate with ongoing investigations by the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission while completing its own internal investigation.
