Dietary supplement company Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. said in a regulatory filing that the previously disclosed FCPA investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice are focused on the company’s business in China. Herbalife noted that it is conducting its own review, is cooperating with the SEC and DOJ, and has taken personnel action and other measures to enhance the company’s policies and procedures in China.
