Bruker Corporation, a Massachusetts-based scientific instruments maker, revealed in an SEC filing that it is conducting an internal investigation into the practices of certain business partners in China. Bruker reported that it has voluntarily disclosed the investigation, which also covers the conduct of former employees in the company’s Bruker Optics division in China, to the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
