The Federal Bureau of Investigation has announced the creation of a dedicated international corruption squad in its Miami field office. The new Miami squad will join existing international corruption squads in New York, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. to address foreign bribery and kleptocracy, as well as international antitrust matters. The new squad will be staffed with senior agents, forensic accountants and personnel with experience investigating white collar crime and corruption, and will begin operating in March 2019.
