The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury has issued General License 2G, which replaces and supersedes General License 2F. The new general license authorizes some transactions otherwise prohibited by Executive Order 13405 and involving nine enumerated Belarus-related entities and their subsidiaries and affiliates. If over $50,000, transactions with the nine entities must be reported to the US Department of State. G.L. 2G expires on April 26, 2021.
