The Strategy, Policy and Training Unit of the Fraud Section of the US Department of Justice has begun publishing a list of independent compliance monitors for active Fraud Section monitorships. The list shows the name of the monitor, the name of the company, the year appointed, and the DOJ unit responsible for the appointment – the FCPA Unit, the Market Integrity and Major Frauds Unit, or the Health Care Fraud Unit. As of April 14, 2020, there were 13 active monitorships, 7 of them FCPA-related.
