On September 11, 2024, the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation issued a Financial Sanctions Notice to remind persons in the United Kingdom that possess information or have previously reported frozen assets, that the deadline to report such assets to OFSI is November 11, 2024. On September 12, 2024, OFSI also updated its guidance on the annual frozen asset review and reporting form to reiterate that frozen assets should be reported to OFSI every year to reflect any changes that may have occurred during the reporting period.
