House of Commons Library publishes briefing paper on EU and UK sanctions

The briefing paper, entitled “The future of sanctions,” addresses sanctions under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2018, enacted to fill the gap created by the repeal of the European Communities Act of 1972.
