Department of Justice issues declination in FCPA case

The Department of Justice notified Güralp Systems, Ltd. that it would not prosecute the company despite evidence of FCPA violations in South Korea, based on Güralp’s voluntary disclosure, remedial efforts, substantial cooperation, and the parallel investigation underway in the UK.
