Justice Department official recaps white collar enforcement during the past 12 months

In a speech at the 5th Annual GIR New York Live Event, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Matthew Miner discussed implementation of the FCPA Corporate Enforcement Policy and the newly issued Justice Manual, focusing particularly on the declinations issued in the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Insurance Corporation of Barbados Ltd, and Güralp Systems Ltd cases.  Mr. Miner also emphasized examples of international cooperation among enforcement authorities, such as the Société Générale and Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd cases.
