  • Unlawful inducement to give or promise anything of value (Article 319-quater of the Criminal Code);
  • Bribery of a person in charge of a public service (Article 320 of the Criminal Code);
  • Active bribery (Article 321 of the Criminal Code);
  • Instigation to bribery (Article 322 of the Criminal Code);
  • Bribery of foreign public officials (Article 322-bis of the Criminal Code);
  • Private-to-private corruption (Article 2635 of the Civil Code); and
  • Influence peddling (Article 346-bis of the Criminal Code).
